The Keto Diet in NYC

Keto is one of those diets that is proving itself to be more than a fad. I doubt it, but if this is the first you’re hearing about the keto diet (also known as the ketogenic diet), then here’s a definition: Keto Diet: A high fat, high protein, low carbohydrate and 0 sugar diet. The goal of this diet is to force your body to burn fats instead of carbohydrates, which basically turn to sugar once you eat them.

It’s a popular diet, but also a tricky one to have if you are going on vacation and eating out a lot. We compiled this list of our favorite keto-friendly restaurants in NYC.

This restaurant in Manhattan believes in one thing, and one thing only: providing the best quality, healthy food. Finish it off with vegan dessert options.
