FACILITY FEE
The mandatory facility fee of $10 plus tax per room per night provides guests with valuable services & amenities.
BELL STAFF
Our friendly bellmen are happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.
PARKING
Valet parking is offered for $45 per night which includes one in-and- out privilege per day. This parking facility is located off-site.
TRANSPORTATION
The front office staff can arrange shuttle service or car transfers to the airport or wherever your plans may take you. Please inquire further about details and rates.
PET POLICY
The Lombardy accepts dogs or cats (up to 30lbs and one pet per room). Service dogs are always welcome.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
Valet dry cleaning service is available seven days a week. Laundry bags and price lists are located in the guest room closet.
HOUSEKEEPING
Our housekeeping staff provides daily service. Nightly turndown service available upon request.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
Please inquire if a wheelchair accessible room is available before making your reservation.
CONCIERGE
The front desk staff is available to make any recommendations you may need and assist the concierge with reservations.
BUSINESS CENTER
The business center is available complimentary to guests 24 hours a day and is located just off the front desk, here guests have access to computers and printer with free high speed internet.
INTERNET ACCESS
The Lombardy is proud to offer WIFI throughout the hotel and in all rooms and suites; it is included in the $10 daily facility fee.
