What COVID-19 related requirements do I have to meet to stay at the hotel?

The Lombardy requires all guests staying at the Hotel, regardless of vaccination status, to provide at check-in proof of completed vaccination for COVID-19 or proof of a negative test for COVID-19 within five days prior to check-in. Valid proof of vaccination may be in the form of the individual’s official Centers for Disease Control and Prevention COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, digital New York State Excelsior Pass, or digital NYC COVID Safe app. Proof of identity is also required. No person will be permitted to check in or begin a stay at the Hotel who fails to meet this requirement and reservations will be canceled if the requirement is not met. Refunds of deposits will be based on the time of reservation cancelation and the applicable notice requirement.

154 total units. There are 20 Standard Rooms, 48 Studio Rooms and 86 Suites

Do you have meeting space?

We have a Board Room located in the lower level that can accommodate 10 to 15 ppl. Catering can be provided by American Cut or from any outside caterer of your choosing.

Do your rooms have microwaves?

Yes, every unit has a microwave

Do you have room service?

We do not offer room service, but with so many restaurants in the area and delivery food services to choose from who needs overpriced room service

Do I need a credit card to check in or can I pay cash?

A credit card is required to reserve a room. Guests wishing to pay for their stay with cash will need to pay for their stay in full plus $100 per day incidental deposit at time of check-in.

ADA Accessible Rooms are available with kings beds for our guests who need ADA amenities. These rooms feature larger and wider entryways & bathrooms with rollin showers

Package Handling

Guests staying at The Lombardy may receive personal packages delivered to the hotel on their behalf. Packages must be clearly marked with guest name (the name on the hotel reservation), and arrival date.
We ask that packages do not arrive earlier than 3 days prior to date of arrival on the reservation. Package handling is included in the facility fee.

Rollaway charge is $35 per night. There are no fees for cribs. Please see each room type’s description on how many extra beds are permitted per room type. Standard Rooms do not permit any extra beds.
