A MESSAGE TO OUR LOMBARDY FAMILY DURING COVID-19

We are happy to announce that as of September 1st, 2021, The Lombardy has reopened its doors! After a period of closure due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are back to welcoming guests with complete confidence that all recommended safety measures are in place.

What security measures has The Lombardy taken?
We are following guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the New York Department of Health, and we are prepared to meet any changes to those protocols. While health and safety have always been our top priorities, our new protocols further elevate our standards of quality and cleanliness, to ensure the ultimate peace of mind for all our guests.

What is The Lombardy’s vaccination policy?
The Lombardy requires all guests staying at the hotel, regardless of vaccination status, to provide at check-in proof of completed vaccination for COVID-19 or proof of a negative test for COVID-19 within five days prior to check-in.

What is considered valid proof of vaccination?
Valid proof of vaccination may be in the form of the individual’s official Centers for Disease Control and Prevention COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, digital New York State Excelsior Pass, or digital NYC COVID Safe app.

What else is required to check-in at The Lombardy?
Proof of identity is also required. No person will be permitted to check-in or begin a stay at the hotel who fails to meet this requirement and reservations will be canceled if the requirement is not met. Refunds of deposits will be based on the time of reservation cancelation and the applicable notice requirement.

Can I change or cancel my existing reservation?
We will happily work on a suitable solution together. Any reservations made via The Lombardy’s website or call center, please contact The Lombardy team via email at reservations@lombardyhotel.com or 212-753-8600.

Can I change or cancel my existing reservation made through a third-party site?
If an adjustment to your reservation made through a third-party site is required, please contact them to amend your reservation.
