As the situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve and in compliance with recommended preventive measures, we have suspended service at The Lombardy Hotel until April 20, 2020. 

On behalf of our Lombardy family, we want to thank you for your loyalty to our property.  We are continuing during this period taken additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more effective.

We have adjusted our cancellation policies to offer you flexible booking options given the present circumstances. Cancellations of advance purchase/non-refundable reservations can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival from now till May 31, 2020. This may be extended if the current situation continues.  

If an adjustment to your reservation made through a third-party site is required, please contact them to amend as they may have their own cancellation policies. Any reservations made via The Lombardy’s website or call center, please contact The Lombardy team via email at reservations@lombardyhotel.com or 212-753-8600.
